Returns

Unless otherwise specified, products bought through our web shop can be returned and refunded within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. After 14 days of receiving your product we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be bought from our web shop at www.soundofdrumsgames.com . The product must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. with the original shrink wrap, unopened and intact).

Do not send your purchase back without coordination with our support team.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return shipment is received it will be inspected. We will send you an email to notify you about the reception of your returned products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with the provider of your original method of payment (e.g. bank, credit card provider, payment service like PayPal etc.). It can take some time before the refund is officially posted. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange a damaged product, please contact our Helpdesk.

Returns or exchanges of gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a credit code will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your product. 

Depending on where you live, we may ask you to send to our warehouse closest to your region. We will provide you this information together with a return ID for the warehouse.

Only ship using a trackable shipping service or by purchasing a shipping insurance. Otherwise, we can not track your return shipment in case it is lost. We can not refund lost return shipments if they were sent with a non trackable shipping service.

Do not send your purchase back without coordination with our support team.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
