Before sending a support request please make sure to visit our FAQ section

Our service hours are Monday to Friday from 0900 am to 0500 pm (GMT+1). Please note that we cannot answer on weekends and official holidays in Germany and Switzerland.

Being a smaller team we will need to prioritize important issues over not so important questions and we appreciate your patience here.

Do not open multiple tickets for the same request, this will only cause delays.

Rules questions

We offer to answer rules question here at the Helpdesk. However these will have a much lower priority over other support requests. We kindly ask you to check our online communities first before opening a rules question ticket here. Thank you!
