Creating a company and getting things moved is very exiting, time and energy consuming! Please let me thank all of you for your support.

You find me in the last hours of 2024 exhausted but happy. This year we have been moving the company many steps in the direction I want to see Sound of Drums.

The Pledge Manager of Battle Commander of Gamefound will open now. There you can chose your language version and edit your shipping address.
|
Very important: logistics is a tough challenge these days, please note we have been working very hard to find the best possible solutions for fulfillment of your pledges on Gamefound and orders in our webshop. We set up a network of different companies all over the world: We work with Bridge Distribution in the US, BGB for Canada, Meeples.NL for Europe and Aetherworks for our gaming friends in Australia and New Zealand. The so called "Rest of the world" will be handled by our office in Europe.

Fulfillment process of "1793: Patriots & Traitors" and "Assault - Siciliy 43" is happening as we speak. I have not been happy with the "usual delays and issues" (like the need of having a new certificate for the US) and there is a chance that we will move our manufacturing to Europe to avoid these issues in the future. It is frustrating and time consuming. If you ordered one of these games you should receive a notification by one of our fulfillment centers in the next days.

Rules version 1.5 (the final and hopefully waterproof version) rules of "Eylau 1807" will soon be available. I am so grateful to have found with Mark Trowbridge and Marc Henna to phantastic Senior Editors who helped to make sure that the series rules are solid and applicable for the coming volumes of this series.

The great rules layout artist Jules Kanou will design an updated 2.0 version with much more illustrated examples and an extensive illustrated example of a complete game turn.

Beginning of January 2025 you will find the landing page of "Battles of Napoleon Volume 2: Quatre Bras 1815 / Wartenburg 1813". Summer 2025 we will start to show first sketches of "Battles of Napoleon Volume 3: Ligny 1815" which will include a free mini game: The clash of "Garcia Hernandez 1812". This mini game will serve as a learning game to the series BoN.

We have signed with Carl Paradis his great design "No Retreat". We will publish a deluxe designer's edition of "No Retreat Vol. 1 - The Russian Front" in 2025 and will work on publishing "No Retreat Vol. 5 - The Western Front". Thanks a lot Carl for your trust.

We will offer a unique promo game at the Spiel25 in Essen: A light version of a big game "Neither King Nor God - The Age of Renaissance in Europe". This will be an epic game with over 600 customized wooden playing pieces.
|
Next, expect a fantastic design by Gottardo Zanchani: "Operation Valkyrie". This will be a solitaire game about the first 24 hours after the assassination attempt of Hitler in July 1944.
|
This fall we will start marketing a cooperative game designed by Philip Dubarry: "The Great Escape". Yes, inspired by historical events and the fantastic Hollwood movie.

Wolfang Klein and Erich Rankl are working on "Primosole Bridge" - an expansion for "Assault - Sicily 43". We have almost done most of the graphical work. Wolfgang & Erich will soon receive a prototype and play test the game. We are also working on a 2nd Edition of their first game: "Assault - Red Horizon 41".

All these games will have outstanding component quality, unique playing experience and artwork is taken care of by the phantastic Marc von Martial.
