Dear friends,
For the following three weeks, we have a charming little quiz in store for you all. Every week, there will be 4 questions to answer and to submit to us. Three of them will be multiple choice questions about the French Revolution, while the fourth will be a question about the Sound of Drums team.
At the end of the Gamefound campaign, all the contestants that answered all 12 questions correctly will be added to a hat. From the hat, ONE lucky winner will be drafted! This citizen will then be honored by the entire community by receiving the Deluxe version of 1793: Patriots & Traitors (regular retail price: €149)!

The quote above is from citizen Robespierre and it is a quote which we, at Sound of Drums, support wholeheartedly. We are entirely devoted to combining play with the learning of history. That is why we have prepared a small campaign within our own 1793: Patriots & Traitors campaign, just for YOU.

What do we expect in order to join the contest?
- Be a loyal follower of our 1793: Patriots & Traitors Gamefound campaign and like us on FB.
- Enlist your answers to
1793@soundofdrumsgames.com
and please: don’t forget to add your name.
What you shouldn’t do?
- Be virtuous: don’t submit multiple mails. Only one submission per email address will be accepted.
- Citizens that try to use bribes, threats or seduction to get answers, will be considered as ‘suspect’ and will have to justify their conduct in front of the Revolutionary tribunal.
The small letters:
The odds of emerging victorious is obviously dependent on the number of participants and the number of correct answers submitted.
From the moment the 1793: Patriots & Traitors Gamefound campaign ends, no more submissions will be accepted.
We are dedicated to your privacy and therefore we will not use your email address to send promotions or other marketing initiatives we might prepare in the future.
The victorious citizen will be announced publicly on our social media channels.
Once the winning contestant has been selected, all emails will be deleted. Only the email address of the winning contestant will be kept for communication, delivery of the prize etc…
By submitting their answers, all citizens automatically agree that their name might be used publicly on our social channels, but only in the case of winning!
Sound of Drums reserves the right to adjust and change the content of the contest as he pleases.
